Brief Description:

The HiRAM model is forced by setting the lower boundary condition to CMIP5 RCP8.5 scenario future projection multi-model ensemble SST.

(Murakami et al, 2012; Endo et al., 2013)

 

Temporal Coverage:

  • 1-hourly average values for 2075/01 to 2100/12 (only surface level or mono level).
  • 3-hourly average values for 2075/01 to 2100/12 (only surface level or mono level).
  • 6 hourly instant values for 2075/01 to 2100/12
  • 6 hourly average values for 2075/01 to 2100/12
    daily average values for 2075/01 to 2100/12(only surface level or mono level).
  • monthly average values for 2075/01 to 2100/12
  • monthly diurnal mean for 2075/01 to 2100/12

Spatial Coverage:

  • 0.23°x 0.23° Global grids (1536 x 768)
  • -89.9°S – 89.4°N, 0.1°E - 359.9°E

Levels:

We had convert hybrid sigma level to pressure level.

  • Pressure Level File – 17 pressure levels (hPa) : 1000, 925, 850, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 70, 50, 30, 20, 10
  • Add some low Level File – 4 pressure levels (hPa) : 975, 950, 900, 875 (only monthly data)
  • Add some high Level File – 5 pressure levels (hPa) : 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 (only monthly data)
